Role. We act as a data controller for personal data you provide in the Service. For connected exchange data, we process your information to provide requested features.

2.1 Account Information

• E-mail address
• Affiliate / referral ID
• Password (stored only as a non-reversible cryptographic hash; never in plain text)

2.2 Exchange Connection

• Current Exchange (e.g., Binance)
• Registered exchange e-mail
• API Key and Secret Key encrypted at rest

2.3 Usage & Diagnostics

Technical logs (IP address, device, browser type, timestamps), event telemetry, and crash diagnostics to maintain and secure the Service.

2.4 Optional Communications

Support messages, feedback, and survey responses you choose to send us.

3) How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service and core features.
• Authenticate accounts and maintain security.
• Connect to your selected exchange and perform requested operations such as balance checks, trade requests, and transaction retrieval.
• Provide support, detect/prevent fraud or abuse, and enforce terms.
• Analyze aggregated usage to enhance performance and user experience.

We do not sell your personal data.

• Performance of a contract — to deliver the Service you request.

• Secrets are used solely to communicate with your exchange on your behalf and are never shared with third parties for their own purposes.

No internet transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we implement industry-standard safeguards to reduce risk.

6) Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. When you delete your account or remove an exchange key, related identifiers and secrets are deleted or irreversibly anonymized within a reasonable timeframe unless retention is legally required.

7) Sharing & Disclosure

• Service Providers. Infrastructure, analytics, and support vendors under confidentiality and data-processing terms.
• Legal. When required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy’s protections.

We do not rent or sell personal data.

8) International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries outside your residence. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) to protect your data.

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child provided data, contact us for deletion.
